When you request a quote or a local booking, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, cleaning address, city, ZIP code, service type, preferred date and time, cleaning frequency, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, discount code, and any access notes or special requests you choose to include. We also record your response to the contact permission checkbox. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a message field.

A booking form submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The team will contact you to confirm availability and pricing. The form does not collect payment information.

You may also contact us directly by phone or email. In that case, we receive the information you choose to share with us.

If you create an account for our prospecting checklist, we receive your email address for sign-in and account verification. The checklist stores shared team selections and general notes. Do not enter customer names, contact details, addresses, access codes, or other private customer information in those notes. Anyone with a verified account can view and update the shared checklist.

How We Use Your Information

How Information Is Processed and Shared

Quote and local booking form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery to support@maidyouhappy.com. FormSubmit and the email provider used to receive and manage our messages process the information they handle under their respective privacy practices.

Job applications are handled through BookingKoala and are subject to its privacy practices. Our local quote and booking forms do not collect or process payment details.

The prospecting checklist uses Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in and email verification, and Cloud Firestore to save the shared checklist selections and notes. Checklist data is intended to be stored in the United States (South Carolina). Google processes account and checklist data under its applicable privacy practices.

This website is delivered using Firebase Hosting. It loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash and the WordPress.com image CDN. These providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your device requests their services. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.

We do not sell personal information. We do not place analytics or advertising cookies on this website. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, business, or website.

Cookies and Browser Storage

This website uses essential browser storage (local storage) to remember when you dismiss the cookie and privacy notice. This preference stays in your browser and is not used to identify you or track your activity across other websites.
